A giant Wysteria makes an appearance in a store’s display window in the UK (thanks, Tic-tac-toe and Nezumi-chan). I want one for my garden. I do!!! New Pony Christmas ornaments were found at Wal-Mart. It would help if I mentioned the store, eh? And a new Pony Memory game was found at Borders Bookstore for $9.99 (thanks, Ringlet).

New Pony Christmas ornaments were found by JenJam at Wal-Mart! And now that the holiday season is coming upon us, we are encouraging the A Pony for Christmas campaign. 3-packs of ponies now selling at BJ’s Wholesale clubs for 11.49 USD (thanks Lofty) and selling at Costco are 4-packs selling at 11.59 USD (thanks, P.Silverswirl). Thanks Melanie for the picture of the Red Rooster meal prize, Rainbow Dash, currently available only in Australia (more info on the plush in the Sept 28 posting).

My Little Pony made an appearance at the SuisseToy expo (thanks, PinkiePie). MLP are also making an appearance at Red Rooster (a restaurant in Australia) as the toy included in the kid’s meal. This week the prize is Rainbow Dash, a little plush pony (7cm head to hoof, 6cm nose to tail). Her eyes and symbol are painted on. Kimono, Sweetberry, and Minty will also be released (thanks, Melanie and Brightbow). Ponies have also made it to Mexico (Rainbow, Glitter, and Applejack; thanks, Francisco). The Celebration Salon Special Value Pack (with 3 bonus ponies) now showing up at ToysRUs (in stores and online; thanks Laura). The upcoming MLPFair has a new discussion board, so check it out!

Winter Ponies now showing up at Target stores. Seems kind of early for them, and in some cases only a few have been spotted, but more shipments should be coming in through October. It’s a good time to be a pony...

New storage bag found at ToyrsRUs, (thanks, Tamara). It’s $4.99 and comes with 2 Pony Points (Dimensions are 26.5"x18"). 2003 Licensing Show Pinkie Pies are being spotted at ToysRUs! These Pinkie Pies have an adapted symbol that says Licensing Show, 2003, and Hasbro on and around the balloons. They were originally given out as exclusives at this year’s licensing show. Are the leftovers now being thrown onto the general market? Or was there a factory mix-up? It’s a weird but unique opportunity to snag one of these hard to find ponies. When we went to the store, we found one, but it was the only one in the group. Also, Little Fizzy reports a big October promotion scheduled for Wal-Mart.

Also, IHT article talks about how toys are taking lead roles in movies now that Saturday morning cartoons are not as prominent. This article mentions the My Little Pony movie in passing, but also notes that it will not come out until late 2004 (thanks, JoshRules4Ever). Tea Party Set now showing up at KBToys in the US. Large plushies (Sparkleworks, Pinkie Pie, and Sunny Daze) have made an appearance in the US, at  Burlington Coat Factory in Pennsylvania and were retailing at about $20.00 (thanks, Tabris). MLP Bike now on www.amazon.com (thanks, Nikidust).

Fluttershy and Tink-a-tink-a-too spotted in New Zealand (thanks Blackeyedblonde). Belgium Mail Offer now available when you collect two barcodes and a store receipt. More promotions will be available for Belgium on the www.hasbro.be site (thanks, Gert). Could this be hope for collectors and kids that the rest of Europe will see the current mail orders as well?

Silverfall forgot to mention that the A Charming Birthday video is now available on www.amazon.com for 4.99 USD. What a bummer for those people who used 8 pony points to get it in the mail. *waggles hoof at Hasbro* Tsk, tsk. Ah well! We will have to make up for lost points by buying more ponies, because it sure looks like there will be lots of them to buy soon!

New updates to the product section on www.mylittlepony.com. Check it out! Most noted is the new Wishing Well playset with Crystal Crown pony. No images yet! Interesting that some of the playsets will feature multiple ponies, too (Thanks everyone!) Also check out the questions section for information on where to find exclusive ponies like Spring Fever. But Winter Snow and Sweet Summertime have not joined the US line yet. And it’s going to take me a while to update other sections of the site with this new information. Just FYI. Thanks!

Tea Party set available online at KBToys in the US (thanks Shannon and Ringlet!). Looks like Spring Fever is the pony in the set with Applejack. (So Aussies, you’re getting Spring Fever, too!) The Celebration Castle price has been cut both by KBToys and Target. It is now 34.99 in some locations! Target also has MLP undies for girls (thanks, Gaby). We imagine all kinds of clothing products will be available this fall. Silverfall is catching up on some site updates, including Foreign Video (Belgium) pics and pics of new accessories that are floating around (nothing new there, just finally got to add the pictures...).

Silverfall’s check for the point program items was cashed this morning. Yay! New pony poster also popping up at TRU and probably other stores like Walmart (since Walmart is supposed to get MLP posters this month).

2003 Pony Wear...I mean, Kid Wear is now out in Australia. Child-sized T-Shirts with ponies on it! (thanks, Spootius). And the 2003 MLP bedding set was spotted in Scandinavia (thanks Norvegia). MLP poster spotted at ToysRUs (thanks, Shiver412). And mail order checks just started getting cashed. Whoo hoo! (thanks, Kaybug).

Mail Order Friendship Bracelet image added to the www.mylittlepony.com site. It’s basically pony beads with a few charms dangling, similar to Kimono’s bracelet in A Charming Birthday, but decidedly not as cool as hers (probably because it was made by people instead of little ponies.) Little girls will probably still want one! Hasbro US confirms yet again that there are still plans to release ALL ponies in the US at some point in time, the time is just not completely determined yet (thanks, Cool Breeze).

Wow, we just got back from Target and the shelves were bare of single ponies. I guess I was surprised. Not sure why I should have been since they were on sale, but I was anyway! Glad to see sales going well for the ponies!
