Star
Swirl was first available in the US as a
bonus pony
in a 2003 promotional 2-pack when you bought Sparkleworks
or Minty. She was also available in the 2003
Cafe Value Pack and was sold as a single with
brush and charm in Europe; the promo version
either had no
accessories or came only with a brush. In 2004,
Star Swirl would be reissued with the Rain or
Shine Garden Time dress-up set.

2004 Happy Meal toy in Mexico/Argentina with a soft mane,
plastic tail, and child's hair accessory (shown
below). In early 2005, she was available in a US/CAN McDonald's happy
