Toola-Roola
was a part of the general assortment of rainbow
ponies available at most stores in early 2004. She would
sometimes come with a bonus sheet of 30 stickers.
Later, she would
combine in a pack with Fluttershy and
Baby Pink Sunsparkle, a US Target exclusive.

In 2005, Toola-Roola II would be issued in a new
pose with a Wing Wishes dress-up set. Toola Roola
I would also make an appearance at Family Dollar
and came with a bonus Baby Goody Gumdrop.
