Bay Breeze was first released in limited quantity of 300 pieces at the 2005 MLP Fair held in Minneapolis. Hasbro said the pony would be released in the future to the general public and that she was released early as a special treat for those attending the fair. So far, the only way to have gotten the fair version Bay Breeze (shown here with the sticker) was to attend the fair, win or purchase her in one of the fair’s promotional sales or raffles, or trade for her with a person who did attend. As of early 2006, she had not been released to the general market (and we don't know if or when she will).
