Glitter Ponies

Glitter Ponies have pearly tinsel in their hair. They were a part of the general assortment available at most stores and came with a brush and 2 pony points.

Strawberry Swirl

3rd Edition

Daisyjo

3rd Edition

Bumblesweet

3rd Edition

Serendipity

3rd Edition

In early 2004, Strawberry Swirl and Daisyjo returned from a previous issue. They now came without charms and had different backcard pictures, though they still had the same backcard stories. The ponies themselves had no distinct differences between editions. Bumblesweet and Serendipity were advertised as "New Friends." The ponies in this edition would sometimes come with 30 bonus stickers.

Bumblesweet

4th Edition

Serendipity

4th Edition

Cupcake

4th Edition

Sweetsong

4th Edition

This edition remains harder to find, in particular Cupcake and Sweetsong, because they are unique characters, unlike the reissues of Bumblesweet and Serendipity (which show no distinct differences between editions). Cupcake and Sweetsong were advertised as "New Friends." These ponies made up the last official "Glitter Celebration" assortment, which would be replaced by the Perfectly Pony group in August of 2004.
